Acceptance of the terms
By using El-B, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, don’t use the platform.
Nature of the service
El-B is a digital witness that checks that the two deal descriptions match before revealing the RIP number, and records the transaction number. We never receive or hold money, never interfere with the transfer, and are not affiliated with Algérie Poste.
Limits of the verification
The verifier relies on what both parties write. We aim for the highest accuracy but cannot guarantee catching every scam attempt, nor the quality or delivery of the item.
Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate information about the deal, your identity and your RIP number.
- Keeping your account secure; turning on two-factor authentication is recommended.
- Never confirming receipt of an amount before checking it in your BaridiMob history.
- Never reporting as missing a transfer you actually received.
Prohibited uses
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or to sell goods prohibited in Algeria.
- Impersonating someone else or using a RIP number you don’t own.
- Trying to manipulate the verifier or transfer receipts, or to reuse them.
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to other people’s accounts or data.
Credits and payment
- A payment ranges from 500 to 200,000 DZD in whole dinars, and its amount can’t be changed once the payment is created.
- A payment above 3,000 DZD can’t be created before the account is verified with a crossed cheque reviewed by the El-B team.
- Each payment’s cost in credits depends on its amount, according to the table published on the pricing page, and is reserved in full from the recipient’s credits when the payment is created.
- Credits are charged for good once the sender enters the transaction number and are not refunded afterwards, even if receipt is declined or a different amount is reported. They are returned in full if the payment is cancelled or blocked before that.
- Each account gets 15 free credits at the start of every month, and unused ones don’t carry over. Paid credits never expire and are not refundable in cash unless the law requires it.
- An El-B receipt only records the declared amount, and doesn’t cover any amount agreed or transferred outside it.
- The sender pays nothing and uses no credits.
Referral program
- Every registered user gets a referral code. Anyone who signs up with your code is linked to you for 12 months from their sign-up date.
- You earn 15% of the price of every pack they buy online during that period. No commission on the Enterprise pack.
- A commission is added to your balance 14 days after the purchase, and paid at the end of each month to the verified RIP number on your account if it reaches 2,000 DZD or more; otherwise it carries over to the next month.
- If a pack is refunded, its commission is deducted from the next payout.
- A user who signs up with a referral code gets 25 paid credits once, after confirming their email.
- We may suspend commissions or the account in case of any abuse of the program.
Suspension
We may suspend any account that breaches these terms or is suspected of being used for fraud, while keeping the records needed to protect other users.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, and we’ll inform you of significant changes by email or within the platform. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.
